Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with non-stick spray or butter to prevent sticking.

Spread a layer of crushed Doritos (about 1 cup) across the bottom of your prepared casserole dish. Spoon half of the chicken mixture on top and spread evenly. Add another layer of crushed Doritos, then the remaining chicken mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese on top, followed by an additional generous handful of crushed Doritos for a crispy topping.
